Terms of Service

Requests and acceptance

Submitting a service or quote request does not create a service agreement or guarantee availability. Work is accepted only when MT Tech Services LLC confirms the scope, schedule, commercial terms, and any site-specific requirements in writing.

Scope and changes

Service is limited to the accepted scope. Conditions found onsite, unavailable access, missing parts, inaccurate site information, or requested changes may affect timing and price. Material changes require client approval before additional work proceeds.

Site access and safety

The client is responsible for timely access, an authorized site contact, accurate restrictions and hazards, and permission to work on the identified systems. We may pause or stop work when conditions are unsafe, access is not authorized, or proceeding could damage systems or violate law or policy.

Equipment, credentials, and data

The client must provide approved equipment, licenses, credentials, backups, and vendor support when required by the scope. We are not responsible for defects in third-party products, carrier services, client-provided configurations, or systems outside the accepted work.

Fees and payment

Rates, travel, materials, cancellation terms, quote validity, and payment timing are governed by the accepted quote, work order, or written service agreement. Applicable taxes and approved additional work may be invoiced separately.

Service records and warranty

Closeout records document observed conditions, work performed, and test results at the time of service. Any workmanship warranty stated in an accepted quote or agreement applies only to the covered work and excludes later changes, misuse, third-party failures, and conditions outside our control.
