Information we collect
We collect information submitted through service and quote requests, including names, business contact details, service locations, scope, scheduling information, site conditions, and requested outcomes. Our secure operations systems also store work records, technician notes, timestamps, signatures, test results, and evidence needed to perform and document field service.
Technician travel location
Assigned technicians may choose to share device location after starting travel to a service site. Location is used for active dispatch coordination, is accepted only while the assignment is en route, and stops when the workflow leaves that state. Travel-location samples are restricted to authorized operations users and are automatically deleted after seven days. Device permission can be paused or withdrawn by the technician.
How we use information
We use this information to evaluate requests, prepare quotes, schedule and dispatch work, communicate with site contacts, perform service, review closeout, invoice approved work, protect the platform, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Service providers and disclosure
Information may be processed by infrastructure, identity, storage, communications, and professional-service providers that support our operations. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect people or property, or with the direction of the client responsible for the work.
Retention and security
We retain records for as long as reasonably necessary for service, accounting, dispute resolution, security, and legal purposes. We use access controls, encrypted connections, restricted administrative systems, audit records, and backups to protect information. No method of storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you provided, subject to contractual and legal retention needs. The public website is intended for business service requests and is not directed to children under 13.
